Configure your mailbox on BlackBerry

You can configure your mailbox via BlackBerry by following the steps given below:

1. Log in to the BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS) by entering
your User ID and password information.
2. Under Services select 'Email' Accounts.
3. Select 'Add An Email Account'.
4. It will ask to enter the mailbox name and password. Please enter the complete mailbox name (Ex: username@domain.com)
5. Enter the mailbox password in the 'Password' field and confirm the password.
6. Select 'Next'. Blackberry will inform that it cannot automatically configure the account.
7. Select Internet Service Provider email (POP/IMAP) and select Next.
8. Select 'I will provide the settings to add this email account' and Select 'Next'.
9. Enter your account settings information. Enter your complete mailbox name and password.
10. Scroll down if needed. In the 'Email' server field enter 'imap.domian.com'
11. Under Server Type select IMAP.
12. Select 'NO' under 'Use SSL'.
13. select 'Next'.

The device will automatically download the new email approximately every 15 minutes.
