When you are not able type in your keyboard, you can use On screen Keyboard option in Windows 7. To open 'On screen Keyboard', you can follow the steps given below:
1. Click on the Win+R key to get Run dialog box.
2. Type 'OSK' and press enter (If the keyboard not working, you can copy 'OSK' and paste it in the Run dialog box).
3. The Onscreen Keyboard is at your service.
Alternative way:
StartMenu>All Programs>Accessories>Ease of Access>On screen Keyboard.
