What diet could one take during the summer in order to keep the hair looking good?



You could take fresh fruit juices and plenty of water to replenish the water contents in the body lost due to sweat. Also, avoid heavy, starchy meals. Include salads, fruits sprouts and yoghurt in your daily diet. Substitute your cup of tea with iced tea, lemon juice and a dash of honey. These will ensure that you get adequate nutrients while keeping the unnecessary elements out.
