What are the basic rules one must fallow while shaping the eyebrows?

Eyebrows can give expression to the face and highlight the eyes. A downward line suggests sorrow and makes you look old.


The following rules will help you to create a neat eyebrow line:
1. The eyebrow should never weigh heavily on the eye, but should arch over it in a gentle curve.
2. Do not pluck eyebrows completely or pluck them too often, for you may destroy the roots.
3. The most natural line is one parallel to the line of your upper eyelid.
4. The end of the line should tapper of towards the temple, so look carefully at your profile.
5. Each eyebrow should begin exactly over the tear duct.
5. To touch up, sharpen your pencil carefully and try to draw tiny hairs rather than one continuous line; it will look more natural.
6. If your nose is too long, do not draw your eyebrows too high.
7. High and finely drawn eyebrows make the eyes look smaller.
8. With a small brush and a drop of soil, brush your eyebrows upwards every day.
