Method: Lie flat on the ground, face downwards. Place the palms on the ground below the corresponding shoulders. Slowly raise by stages the head and upper portion of the body keeping the portion of the body from the navel downwards up to the toes touching the ground. Retain the posture for a few seconds and slowly bring down the head to its original position. Repeat the process six times.
