Savaasan (Corpse pose)




Method: Lie flat on the back with hands on the sides. Let the legs be straight but relaxed, with heels and toes apart.


Benefits: Do this asana for 5 or 10 minutes or more after your yogic exercises. The pleasant and exhilarating feelings can only be realized by those who can successfully practice this asana.
