Required: 2 small chickens, 15 grams black pepper corns, butter or oil, salt.
Method: Halve the chicken or if prefer to use a large one divide into four joints. Brush with melted butter and little salt. Spread crushed pepper corns evenly over the pieces and grill quickly under high heat on both sides, lower heat and grill till tender. Serve in individual plates with grilled halved capsicums, tomatoes and potato salad.
