Is your posture right? How to check it?




When you stand;
1. Balance your weight evenly on both feet.
2. Contract your buttock muscles to pull in your seat.
3. Hold in your abdominal muscles.
4. Hold in your pelvic girdle evenly, without tipping the hips forward or backward.
5. Stretch your body upwards and hold yourself comfortably.
6. Keep your shoulders down and back and above all, released.
7. Hold your arms loosely by your sides.
8. Now imagine a straight line from your left ear to the ground.
