Chicken Soup



Required: 1 tender chicken, 25 grms bamboo shoots, 25 grms mushrooms, 25 grms carrots, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 table spoon chilli sauce, 1/2 table spoon vinegar, 1 round fried noodles, 2 spring onions(chopped), a few drops of sesame oil.
Method: Boil the chicken in cups of water till the chicken is tender. Strain the stock and dice the chicken meat. To the stock add the bamboo shoots, mushrooms and carrots and allow t boil for 3 minutes. Add sat, pepper, chilli sauce and vinegar. Arrange fried noodles in a large bowl and pour the soup over it. Garnish with spring onion and few drops of sesame oil.
