Egg curry with green peas



Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs, 3 1/2 table spoon ghee,  1 large onions (chopped, 2" cinnamon, 2 bay leaves , 2 dstsps coriander powder, 2 table spoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon garam masala powder, 1" piece ginger, 2 dstsps vinegar, 2 large tomatoes (chopped), salt and chilli powder to taste, 1 cup shelled green peas.
Method: Shell the eggs and cut in halves lengthwise. heat ghee in a vessel and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the cinnamon and all the powdered spices, stir for two minutes, then put in the shopped tomatoes and vinegar, keep stirring for three minutes. Add two cups of water and green peas, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes till the peas are tender and the gravy thickened. Care fully put in the eggs, shake the skillet to mix the gravy and eggs, cover and cook for five minutes.
