Egg with Nuts

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 1 cup mixed nuts, 1 coup cream, 1 table spoon oil, 1/2 table spoon paste, salt to taste.

Method: Take 6 eggs and pour out the contents into a bowl. Do not destroy the shell. Keep them aside for later use. take a cup of mixed nuts and add to the eggs with desired amount if salt. beat gently. Pour back the same into the shells and seal with wheat flour dough.

Steam and then shell the eggs and cut each into two halves. heat oil, add the eggs and a little garlic paste. then add to this a cup of thick cream and a little salt.

Remove from the fire immediately and serve piping hot with fluffy rice.
