How to prepare Chilli Sauce?



Requirements: 6 red chillies soaked in 2 table spoons vinegar for an hour, 2 green chillies, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 table spoons tomato ketchup, 1 table spoon Worcester sauce, 1/2 table spoon salt,1 table spoon oil.

Method: Take red chillies out of the vinegar and grind them along with green chillies and garlic to a smooth paste. To the paste, add tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and vinegar, blend in oil. Store in a bottle in the refrigerator. It keeps for 3 to 4 days. Goes well with pakoras, spring rolls, kababs etc.
