How to prepare mayonnaise sauce?



Requirements: 250 ml Salad oil, 2 table spoons vinegar, Salt, ground white pepper (pinch), egg yolks, 1/8  table spoon mustard, 1  table spoon boiling water.
Method: Place yolks, vinegar and seasoning in a bowl and whisk well. Gradually pour on the oil very slowly, whisking continuously, Check for salt.
