Prepare minestrone soup



Required: 115 grms cabbage, 115 grms tomatoes, 115 grms onion, 115 grms carrots, 30 grms cheese, 1 flake of garlic, 10 gram salt, pepper to taste, 1 liter stock, 1ml oil.
 Method: Wash all the vegetables into small pieces. Blanch tomatoes. Mince onion and garlic. Chop parsley. Heat fat, Fry minced onion, garlic, parsley, carrots and turnip. add leeks, salt, pepper, blanched tomatoes, cabbage and celery. Add stock. Bring to boiling point. add macaroni cut into 1.25 cm small pieces. Simmer on a slow fire till vegetables and macaroni are cooked. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.
