Are you a smoker and thirty plus? If so, how to take care of hair?



By the time a woman/man is in her thirties, the decline of the hair as well as the skin has begun. The skin is not as elastic and the hair as bouncy and healthy as it was during the twenties. 
Exercise and diet play a very important role in the maintenance of hair as well as skin. You will have to cut down on your smoking since it deprives the cells of oxygen and makes the hair smell of tobacco. You will realize that your hair is drier than it was. This is indicative of the fact that the hair in not getting enough moisture. Stress is another factor that will effect the hair as well as the scalp. Learn to relax and maintain composure. Yoga could be a good therapy.
